The Italian strawberry ice-cream

Ingredients

1 glass of sugar
3/4 glasses of water
1 average orange
2 average of a lemon
4 glasses of the strawberry cut on slices.

Preparation

1. From lemons and an orange on a small grater remove a dried peel. A dried peel postpone. Squeeze out of them juice in a mug. In small pan mix water, sugar and a dried peel. Finish to boiling. Lower fire and cook a syrup of 5 minutes. Slightly cool, filter to get rid of a dried peel. Add the squeezed out lemon and orange juice.
2. In a blender or a kitchen combine pass half of syrup and half of strawberry. Shift in 1 l the plastic container (for further frosts). Then the same with other syrup and a strawberry.
3. To put in a freezer. In 3 hours it is desirable to mix once again in the container. To freeze at least 6 hours. When decide to regale, it is necessary to allow for ice-cream to thaw 20-30 minutes.
As you can see, long time can be stored.
