Caviar is one of the most nutritious products. On caloric content caviar, both black, and red, surpasses meat, milk and other products. 100 gr of black caviar contain 280 kcals, and 100 gr of red caviar – 270 kcals. The same quantity of meat of average fat content gives only 120 kcals, and 100 of milk – only 70.
