Ten minutes of healthy morning awakening!

Tortures at morning awakening are present practically at each person. But there is a new ten-minute technique on which your rise becomes easier, and you will feel inflow of energy and a charge of optimism.
So, 10 minutes:

sleepThe First minute: Open eyes. Be pleased to the come day.
Think of close and favourite people, about what wish to see this day!
The second minute: Think even one minute over affairs forthcoming today, than you awake to be engaged. Find in all the positive parties.
The third minute: Stretch. Pulling are simply necessary for your organism.
Thus, it is easier to it to wake up ото a dream. Yawned, it will help to sate an organism with oxygen.
The fourth minute: Train breath, sate an organism with oxygen! Make some deep breaths and exhalations.
The fifth minute: Make to itself easy massage of a head!
Massage occiput, brow arches,  ear lobes, it will provide a rush of blood to a head, after a dream.
The sixth minute: Easy charging, not rising from a bed. Compress and unclench a fist, rotary movements in elbow bends, brushes, shoulders. Also we knead joints of legs: knees (by means of exercise a bicycle), fingers, a hip.
The seventh minute: Pound palms one about another. Then palms pound a body, from top to down. It will provide good blood circulation.
The eighth minute: Rise. To rise it is necessary slowly. First sit in bed, then lower downwards legs, and already then rise. All because sharp change of position is a stress for your organism.
The ninth minute: the Morning charge own energy. Approach to a mirror and smile to itself, consider itself with love. It stimulates development serotina – a hormone of pleasure.
The tenth minute: It is possible to drink a glass of water. Thus, the eaten breakfast will fall not in a sleepy stomach. Water will help it to begin the work.
