The salmon boiled in green tea

Bags of green tea fill in with litre of boiling water and allow to be drawn within 15 minutes. Bags take out, and green tea pour out in a deep frying pan. Add polished ginger and small chopped garlic, salt to taste. Put on strong fire and allow liquids to begin to boil.

In a boiling liquid put salmon stakes, close a cover and cook on strong fire within 5-7 minutes. Remove a frying pan from fire, take out fish and spread out to plates. From a frying pan cast 4-5 items of l. Broth also add to them some drops of soya sauce, carefully stir.
