Sauce "Béchamel"

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter,
2 tablespoons flour,
500 g of milk,
nutmeg,
salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Melt the butter in a skillet, fry the flour in it until golden brown and a thin stream pouring milk, still stirring. Cook until thick. At the end of the salt, pepper and add nutmeg – to taste.
