Salad Caesar

Ingredients
Crumbs – 2 handfuls
Chicken грудка fried – 1 unit – 200
Sheet salad- approximately one third of head
Cucumber fresh – 1 unit
Tomatoes  – 150
Onions green – a small bunch (it is possible to replace napiform, but it needs to be cut half rings and pickled in vinegar)
Cheese rubbed small (parmesan but if it is not present is better, any will descend firm grades) – 2 items of a spoon

For pouring
1 boiled  egg
3-4 items of a spoon of olive oil
2-3 items of a spoon of juice of a lemon or lime
0,5 ч.л. Ready mustard
0,5 ч.л. Sugar
Garlic – 2 prong
Salt, black pepper – to taste.

Preparation

To prepare pouring.
Egg to pound in pap. Garlic to crush a knife and small to chop, mix with яйцом, to add sugar, salt, black pepper, a lemon juice, mustard, and a fork it is good to shake up oil.

In a bowl with pouring to put crumbs and to mix. There to add polished cheese. To allow to stand minutes ten.

Chicken breast to cut straws, cucumbers – straws, tomato  – half-and-half. From above – hands to tear salad leaves, to cut long plumelets green onions and to lay out crombs in pouring.

Accurately to mix. Salad is ready.
