health,womanYou are irritable, badly sleep, there are nervous breakdowns? Live in a city, work on the computer? The wife (husband) has ceased to understand you? Badly feel, and the doctor considers, what you are healthy? In professional medicine it is called as “the third condition», that is you are not sick, but already and are not healthy. In article short recommendations are made how to keep a sound health for many long years from the expert in this area, the candidate of medical sciences.

- In modern technogenic space the immune system of the person is compelled to work in a loading mode. Organism cages are damaged oxidant by connections that reduces potential of health and as a result shortens a life. The major recommendation, in my opinion, is application of antioxidants. Are applied not medicamentous (fruit and vegetables, animal and vegetative fats, the Mediterranean diet) and medicamentous methods (fat-soluble vitamins of group And, Е,).

- The air environment in a city is poisoned by transport exhausts, a waste of industrial productions, high density of the population. I recommend twice a year (in the autumn and in the spring) for 10-14 days profylactically to apply the means clearing respiratory ways . LOR-BODIES also require protection.

- Twice a year (in the spring and in the autumn) apply sparing diet (boiled, steamed food) with application of days of limited intake of food (water-melon day, pumpkin day, banana day, cottage cheese day, kefiric day). And quantity of a used product this day beyond all bounds. Are good choleretic preparations  also in the spring and in the autumn (it is impossible at cholelithiasis for illness). Periodic courses of lactic products  are good. Within all year remember: Monday, environment and Friday – fast days, Thursday – fish day, Sunday – a day of limited intake of food.

- Unique body of our body (kidney) – detain good and delete bad – also require attention. I recommend to apply periodically bearberry broth, fennel, a cowberry and its broth. I remind: at urethrocystitis it is counter-indicative to illness.

- If you are a worker of exact work (the bookkeeper, the engineer, the economist), necessarily be engaged in a creative hobby (drawing, music, a moulding, etc.). If you the artist and in direct, and figuratively, be engaged in planning of the family budget or solving of crossword puzzles. Remember – the brain too requires rest. Rest is not lying on a bed with a cigarette in a teeth, a can of beer in a hand, chips in a plate and viewing of the next football match. Rest is a change of activity. For intellectuals it is physical work, for brawny heroes – work intellectual. Rest is necessary daily, weekly, monthly and annual.

- Remember that any cage of an organism loses the function if does not use it; any body forgets about the duties; and you can forget yourselves if will not apply the talents. The same as also rest, is necessary for cages, bodies and all body a training mode. For example, in respect of physical activity it is considered necessary daily during a half an hour to make walks with a speed, causing easy short wind. Any training mode is possible after usual ability to live, and never after the sparing. That is it looks so: sparing – usual – training – usual – a sparing mode.

- And still. Never forget elementary hygienic rules: wash hands before meal and after a toilet; in the morning and clean a teeth in the evening; use a shower; accept food 3-4 times a day, do not overeat. Create round itself favorable atmosphere that it was pleasant and easy to you to live. Periodically leave somewhere and leave daily problems behind. Never use bad habits for a relaxation. Also do not transform the life into continuous rest is too harmfully. Periodically visit the doctor for routine inspection.
