Fried beer

At annual fair «Texas State Fair» in Texas the new dish – beer, fried in hot fan has been presented. The founder of a dish, Mark Zamble, has already patented the invention. Earlier at the Texas fairs not less freakish dishes have been presented: fried in hot fan butter, coffee, latte and Coca-Cola. It is no wonder that Texas is considered «world capital fried» (Fried Food Capital of the World).
