Lemon curd

This surprisingly tasty piece is cooked very simply. Put all in a saucepan and heat while stirring until thickened.

For lemon curd we need:

4 lemons

200 g sugar

4 eggs

40 g butter

Preparation:

Remove the peel from 2 lemons and add it to the 200g of sugar. Mix. Of the four lemons squeeze the juice, pour in the sugar, mix.

Four eggs beaten with a fork (no foam). Add to the juice.

Allow to stand for half an hour to peel gave flavor. Strain! To separate the peel,pour into a saucepan, add 40g of butter and cook over medium heat while stirring, until thickened.

For pea soup we need:

peas (half) – 1 tbsp.

Potatoes – 3 – 4 pieces.

Carrots – 2 pieces

onion – 1 pieces.

Salt – to taste

Preparation:

Pre-soaked peas overnight or in an hour to make soup to fill it with boiling water and let stand.
