Chocolate sausages

ingredients

Baileys– 1/2 glasses
Yolks – 4 pieces
Sugar – 3 items of a spoon
Cocoa-powder – 4 items of a spoon
Cookies sand – 400 gr
Butter – 300 gr

preparation

Shake up yolks with sugar before reception of dense weight. Gradually enter cocoa-powder.  All well stir, add beileys  and the crushed cookies. Kindle on a water bath a butter, a little it cool and add to the total mass. A ready mix lay out on a food film. Take it as sausages and remove the freezer overnight.
