New research of the French scientists is devoted studying of influence of the use of animal protein on a human body. In magazine «American Journal of Gastroenterology» results of research of 67 thousand women from 40 till 65 years have been published. Those from them, whose diet contained a considerable quantity of an animal protein, other participants subjected themselves three times more to risk of development of inflammatory diseases of intestines, than. And the use not only meat is unhealthy, agrees scientist, but also the fish also containing animal protein. The matter is that in the course of digestion such harmful substances as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide which injure intestines are formed. In order to avoid these consequences, scientists advise to adhere to eutrophy and to observe rules: to avoid some sugar and meat and to support in a diet an optimum parity of fat acids Omega-6 and Omega-3 (5 to 1).
